"Having had a military career for 26 years it was time to take on a new challenge" comments Dean. This challenge took the form of establishing FUJITSU's foothold in Europe by setting up their head office and Global Crossing Network in Amsterdam. This provided an insight into the operations of a global giant on a manageable scale, the technicalities of establishing a new organisation and the challenges of broad cultural and ethical diversities. The next step was taken after being asked to join Marconi as Defence Solutions Director. In 2002 a gap in the 'service' market for quality market research supported by inspired business development appeared.

From this grew Stelis. Strongly supported by Chris Lewis of 'Christopher Lewis Associates' a creative marketing agency in London, Stelis developed a reputation for quality service delivery. (see Chris Lewis in 'meet the team') Stelis has now grown over the past 5 years into a multi faceted company by supplying services through its three core services. At the heart of the company are its people who are passionate about what they do on behalf of our clients and the personal service they provide.
