Why Join Stelis?
All of Stelis's staff have been employed to form part of our long term
future. We treat all our staff as partners within the business and we want them to grow with Stelis.
Stelis provides continuous career development, we invest heavily in our
personnel by providing them with the opportunities and training to further develop themselves and their skills.
As you would expect in any professional organisation, we provide a
competitive remuneration package. We are a focused team, but have a culture of developing individual expression in a relaxed and friendly working environment, this means that all of our staff are happy and motivated within their roles.
What Do We Need From You
Stelis want individuals who are committed to a long term career with us. You must fit our ethos and be a team player in order to maximise the potential that we offer.
You will be self motivated, have realistic ambitions and be prepared to want to develop yourself continually. You will need to show flexibility in work disciplines and be prepared to travel as necessary.
Stelis are looking for a reasonable fit of the skills and experience
required, (shown in the job description). But we do recognise where there may be further needs for development and are prepared (for the right people) to invest in expanding your knowledge or experience.
The Route Into Stelis
Stelis is always looking for potential candidates, associates or partners to form part of our professional team. Although we advertise for specific vacancies or experience, we do not always need them immediately. This is because our consultancy work is project based and dependent on the demand at the time, we may require additional staff in readiness for a project to commence. In these circumstances, we would wish to hold your details on file in readiness for commencement.
We believe that an important part of any recruiting is to maximise
communication between ourselves and you, the candidate, associate or
partner. To assist with this we have set out our recruitment process, so that you know what to expect:
- Initial Contact (Either CV or telephone conversation)
- Informal Interview (With a Line Manager)
- Selection and Filtering Process (To narrow the choice)
- Formal Interview (Line Manager & Director)
- Possibly Hold Details On File (Depending on requirements)
- Possible Final Interview (Directors)
- Offer of Employment in Writing
If you would like any further information, then please contact us - we're looking forward to hearing from you.
